PRODUCTION AREA: Province of Treviso
GRAPE: Pinot Grigio 100%. It comes from mutation of Pinot Nero which, except for the colour, retains all the features.
VINIFICATION: In white classic. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains for an appropriate period in contact with the yeasts to absorb the best perfumes.
ALCOHOL: 12 % vol.
RESIDUAL SUGAR INDEX: 2 gr/lt
ACIDITY: 5.2 gr/lt
SO2: 100 mg/lt
COLOUR: Straw yellow
AROMA: Fruity with notes of toasted almonds, dried hay and walnut.
TASTE: Smooth, soft and harmonious, with balanced acidity.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif. Excellent with all the main courses of a meal, with herb omelettes, vegetable soups, cream based on chickpeas and courgettes and with vegan sushi.
